My thoughts are that it has nothing to do anymore with us its what was reported to the ASX and under the companies laws acts. You cant leave decision making to Boards due there will always be differences.
Its law, its been reported and when said date arrives unless per-notification or agreement made the ASX would deem the capital raise in question closed.
