Maybe consider that over 20% of the entitlement was Paul's.. so basically over $700,000 was taken up by holders, out of roughly $1,600,000 worth.
Very easily to manipulate posts isn't it...
Try closer to 50% take up, including shortfall requests.
Not bad considering the price is 1.7, and some people are hedging their bets, taking some entitlement and ready to buy more if the price manages to fall below 1.6 (which it won't).
