No, sell/non holder who hates Nor, pretending to know about them.
They could have raised closer to $2.5m, based on 15% of near 1b shares (near 150m at 1.6).
Not that a few hundred thousand dollars would make too much difference, they obviously chose to only raise what was needed, maybe save some dilution.
