In order for Norwoods share price to increase they need to close the rights issue shortfall ASAP. Why would anyone buy large volume on the market and push the price up when you can contact the company and get them for $0.005, it just makes no sense. No announcement the company makes will have an impact until this happens.
Also if there is a material increase in revenue/receipts Norwood should release the 4c in the first week of Jan19, to offset any fears in the market.
