Raising $545k of $1.2m and having the underwriter pull out is classed as "closed successfully".
Only in the world of NOR.
I still believe all these announcements for Pinnacle to gauge sentiment in NOR. Next to zero trades after the Q&A and today. And then Pinnacle pull out.
The only way NOR is viable as an on-going entity is if the Spark deal provides significant upfront revenues. If this is the case, NOR will need to make an announcement before the next Quarterly is due (31/1/19). The thing is, Pinnacle would have a greater understanding of the Spark deal than us prior to their decision.
For balance, Pinnacle may have pulled out due to global market volatility, irrespective of their belief in NOR.
