Nothing in life is guaranteed - the contract is anticipated to run for four years, but as is usual for any contract contains relatively standard terms around termination for cause, non delivery of services etc that protect the buyer (Spark). Norwood does not anticipate that any of these events will arise (in fact the Company is very diligently working to deliver the services!), hence the contract is anticpated to run for four years.
