I genuinely think the new building is just a delivery hub. I transitioned from retail and manufacturing investments about two years ago, so i don't have a great knowledge of how a mine operates, I don't need to. However i assume our mine wont have a woolies down the road so a warehouse of some kind would be required. MLL will no dought need to have a in town delivery address to store consumables like spare parts (gecko), oil, grease, dunny rolls and what ever else an out of town production facility may need. I work in a warehouse that supplies parts to the gas mines and most of our clients pick up stuff weekly / fortnightly or we ship them to a designated pick up point in the nearest town. Just my thoughts on this one.
