What is all the fuss about here?
Retail investors always have a whinge about soph/prof and institutional investors getting preferential treatment.
RNU did the right thing here and gave existing holders a chance to put your money where your mouth is and basically no one topped up their shares. So much for long term vision. What difference does a 10%-15% discount make over a 5 to 10 year period make if the SP multi bags from this point onwards? At the end of the day you are buying a piece of a business, not gambling at the casino or TAB.
Yeah the market has fallen off a cliff recently but it says a lot for the insto guys who back the companies when times are tough. A very much needed source of capital for now and always.
