A more perplexing issue in the front of my mind now is that although LIT at its current burn rate has enough funds to see out the quarter will they be able to convince the Auditors that their Annual Accounts should be prepared on a "going concern" basis.
Anyway new Directors notices due so we will see how much they have subscribed to the new issue and the rights AG purchased.
If he didn't take up his full entitlement - watch out
