It depends what price each option holder purchased their options at.

You can see for yourself if you pull up the daily chart on your platform for LRSOC.

Back in Feb and March, LRSOC were being purchased between ~3.4 and as high as ~7 cents.

As an example, if we use the example of somehow who paid 5 cents for their options - there is zero incentive for them to pay another 1.2 cents per option to convert their options (unless the SP advances above 6.2 cents).

If you want to see what happens when options trading goes wrong - take a look at OAROC. These options expire in 2 weeks time, but the SP has collapsed - so anyone still holding OAROC has zero incentive to pay another 1.2 cents to convert, because they would be sitting on an instant loss.
