re: Ann: Clough and Forge create long term st... Directors and large holders are selling so let them do that and we can just hold for future growth, could work well for smaller holders.

Alliance looks ok and they believe will be the best path to accelerate growth, they would know more than us. Might lead to massive revenue growth and share base only dropped by 15% dilution.

Also chance of hostile takeover later on at higher price and might lift company profile.

Not sure how market will react in the short term though.
