Ann: Clough and Forge create long term strategic , page-8

re: Ann: Clough and Forge create long term st... I see the alliance as a good idea and something they have flagged for awhile but don't understand why they are placing additional shares with CLO at 1.90 though, should be at least the 2.10 if not a premium like with nufarm.

It does underwrite the sp i guess, but I thought that they would have gotten a premium to the current sp for forgoing a t/o opportunity from other companies.
