This simply isn't true. As soon as it moves to 6 cents, more people come on the sell side. If it moves to 8c even more and so on and so on. It might get back to 10c on very good news but not for simply 4m shares traded. The whole "there's nothing on the sell side" is just head in the sand stuff to be honest.
