Hi PP2, puting my lawyer hat on, asuming all work undertaken todate by Cloughs for TNG has been paid for then all calculations, drawings and associated workings would be the property of TNG. TNG BoD should have protected TNG with appropriate contractual conditions too. In my mind the real issue is who takes over the job and what are the likely additional delays.
Just another cock up caused by historic delays exposing TNG to further delays.
