You're spot on there Veecat. My big concern about the Cloughforge joint venture is that Clough's margins are lousy.
I would rather see Forge pick up a $50 million order at 25% margin than a $250 million share in a JV at 7-8% margin. The risk is infinitely lower at the higher margin.
For me FGE is now on a very cautious watch, certainly not adding to my position.
