re: Ann: CLO: Clough Forge awarded ECI contra... This is an important development that seems to have been overlooked by the market. The cash denominations aren't listed but seeing as it required a combined effort one may speculate the end value could be $200 million plus if they can win the job.
FGE said they are tendering on several large projects with CLO so the value of this JV may be realised over the next 12 months.
As they work together it may also increase likelihood of a CLO buyout.
