All of my biotech stocks are in the red today. Sometimes that just happens - it can be sector sentiment, market sentiment, or reduction in risk profiles because of some other external event.
And if you've built a large enough position, you can sell into lines and go after stop losses (especially the trailing stop losses where they automatically ratchet up, say, 5% behind a particular price point, start-of-day price, etc). Get enough volume and it cascades away all by itself. House of cards. Joys of automation.
In lieu of detrimental market news specifically about CHM (and the leaders of the buiness don't strike me as being the type of people that would obfuscate to market), I see this as a broad sector impact.
