Cohort 3 due to being early 2022, which means they are probably a patient from completing the second cohort... appreciate Jen answering my question on the difficulties of recruiting this class of patients.. firstly, as a single site patients usually can't travel far given how sick they are. And secondly, once recruited their disease may progress so fast that the two or so weeks it takes to culture the CLTX - CAR T may not be administered due to aggressiveness of the regrowth.
That speaks volumes as to how impressive disease control is at our low dose level, but even moreso when compared to other recent trials who were using full doses. Like I said, that second cohort data can't come soon enough.. though she flagged the ASCO conference as a candidate in the first week of June 2022.
