Most reits it in the us got smashed overnight even though the 10yr us treasury fell 40basis points , if clw is still 4.44 next week I will be buying heaps , I'll be buying other reits next week too on any more weakness untill RBA cuts rates , than investors will come back to reits looking for yield and a safe place to invest ie. Property
