managed to get some at 4.35 today, if it drops to $4 or less ill be buying lots more, when the RBA start cutting rates later in the yr , REITS will shoot back up in value as investors buy back in to chase yield, these cheap prices will only stay low as long as the RBA keep lifting rates, which i hope they will a couple more time till about june or july, than i hope they pause for a couple of months, we only have about 4 months or of cheap REITS before they go back up, this is the time to accumulate.
