if they keep raising rates means we can buy quality Reits for cheaper for longer, I've been buying all the charter hall reits recently and rff , HPI , dxs all pay a decent yield and are trading well below their book value, the 10 yr us treasury yield fell again overnight to 3.51% was 4% a week ago, in theory lower rates means reits should go up as people chase higher yields
