Agreed. Nothing spectacularly good here; nothing bad either. This result is exactly what I expected.
Another reasonably low risk 28¢ coming my way in 2023. And with the prospect of a unit price moving up from $4.65, towards NTA ($6.23) if/when interest rates fall later in the year.
There's obviously the current sector risk of most REITs in this economic environment, but our industrial property seems to be holding up well in terms of occupancy and demand. The slight NTA increase was reassuring.
I bought a small parcel late last year at $3.95 to bring my average price down a few cents. Will definitely be keeping an eye on CLW to get a few more on any weakness if there's another leg down for the sector. I suppose a lot will depend on whether interest rates are higher for longer or not.
