leases and rent are legal obligations, not just something you can get out of easily
companies can sell off assets and sack employees to save cost but cannot just not pay rent
governments cannot go bankrupt and to think companies like coles and Telstra going bankrupt is almost unimaginable….
clw has always traded at premium before COVID partly because of their tenant base and quality of their leases… which are still relevant today
