I have taken a position have been watching for ages and $4.27 i am long.
Fundamentals strong and way under what i feel is a too high NTA hence the discount price, bonus Dividend of 28 cents a year even if and it most likely will drop a tad still very good payment to hold.
Long term boring hold but at this price happy to stay the course and get paid along the way, plenty of upside when rates peak and start dropping later in 2023.
