But the short - medium term pain will continue to be felt
I think CLW is the best recession proof stock on the ASX, in fact, it needs a recession to propel the price...... as this will cause the interest rate to fall...
There is no way their tenant will be in rent arrears or move out.....they have long WALE.... I see CLW as a counter cyclical share..... will be holding...
