since then the share price has dropped more than 20%
nothing fundamentally has changed so if it’s a buy then it must be a strong buy now for them
i think clw will outperform in the next few years, inflation will and is dropping and rate rise will ease … we have 50% cushion linked to cpi rent increase … a recession will be a good thing for clw
