    i agree, 12 month term deposits are now 4% with no risk, why risk 20-30% of your capital (if markets tumble) to get 6% yield, makes no sense.
    I will buy more if we drop to $4.20 or less not yet, even though its trading well under NTA at the moment, people that think the RBA will cut rates soon have no clue whats going on, the minor fall in inflation is only a blip, inflation will keep rising and will stay over 7% thanks to the RBA reckless money creation over the last decade and especially during covid, historically when rates are up, REITS go down.
