Investing , in my view, is about managing risk,
the probability of risk, and comparative risk and
the appropriate compensation for that risk.
Too many people think it’s about being right. I’m happy to be wrong and have my
capital safe or be in a more attractive risk
reward scenario.
I think there are risks in the REIT sector that many
haven’t even considered and we might not know
for a few years yet on how things will play out.
