The properties they've sold I wouldn't consider them to be the "best" assets thats CLWs got on their books.....and despite this, they were able to sell at premium to book value.
Interest rate cycle has peaked....... they still have 3 years to consider strategies to minimise breach of debt covenants.... all debt maturities are staged and won't happen all at once...
talking about breach covenants, it is unlikely they will breach and result in a deep discounted capital raising........
