    I’m trying to figure out the possible risks with clw going forward

    but given they have such strong tenant base, long wale, sensible gearing and good reputable management team ....
    I can’t really see any big risks that will affect its value or income .....

    if clw can survive covid then I really can’t see it not surviving anything else

    yes, over the medium to long term, interest rate will go
    up.... but remember for interest rate to go up, economy must be in good shape, inflation will be up and so will clws rent income and market reviews

    given the fact that property prices are going up in all
    major cities, this is not yet reflected in clw IMO...

    once market sentiment changes, i really can’t see it trading at discount like now
