Valuations remain solid .......
Seems to be an effective match between CPI-linked rental income increases & the increase in costs for (non-hedged) interest rate increases.
Maybe, just maybe, there won't be any major cap rate increase, the int rate hedging will do its job until the CPI-linked rental increases kick in, and the dist'n will remain solid.
One of the better REIT's, IMHO.
