That is a lot of capital raises!
they should be expanding in asset size or reducing debt.
I have been in and out of CLW for the past year.
never lost $ but never received a dividend (deliberately).
my last buy was at $3.28 inc brokerage - 9% increase (CQR 10.5% increase).
I think the best way to play REITs has been to trade for last 2 years.
the feedback seems to be that it’s now fair value exactly.
the results were a slight miss. distributions are dropping in the next period.
do l want to keep it now going forward? Yesterday l added DXS that’s 5 property trusts. I am getting inclined to now lock in the remaining 50% balance of CLW and sell 50%?
compared to CLW BHP might be undervalued? Dunno BHP like WOW etc is a never sell?? Don’t trade that stuff ever.
