don’t completely agree
its true they’ve underperformed over the last few years but that’s the whole reit sector…. Before Covid quality reits such as clw never traded at discount… now it’s over 30%…. I would never buy any reits or clw if it trades at nta or narrow discount, different story if the discount is this big…
yes, world has changed and it’s not the same… but everything is easy in hindsight and they pretty much have done what they can at the point in time ….
the market seems to like their results tho
