thanks l will check these out. Yes l still remember home loan interest rates being 13% advertised something like “do you remember interest rates being this cheap?”
if these “cheap” rates were adopted now can you imagine the carnage?
the index is 10% REITs, l would be 5% l think l will keep at this level but if the situation deteriorates or if the opportunity arises to swap for holdings that have fallen but are less risk. Dropping out of CLX is neither here nor there. At this stage the plan is to stay put as long as l am matching index.
i see Ord Minnett yesterday recommenced coverage of this sector with Buys on 90% of what l read.
the whole market will fall if rates rise but REITs will be punished hardest. I like the credit sector at the moment and see this as a contra investment. Probably they are reducing my REIT exposure to ~3%
