    They should also disclose what is the impact on FFO or Distribution. The irony is that instead of selling office builds they are also selling industrial & retail & logistic business which I thought was good diversification mix and mostly go at high occupancy.

    Does anyone know what is the difference between proforma and look through gearing?

    Today's AFR article not a good news for any REIT except those with low gearing around 25%.
