yes as a non economist l would have thought multiple rate rises are a possibility, so strap yourself in this sector could be problematic (and retail / banking ??)
as an investor check your portfolio against the index don’t just focus on a difficult shares. Sometimes you are still very close or on index anyway.
there is always sone crisis affecting markets somewhere, in a year, will be another, then another. That’s why the portfolios of the dead outperform the living they don’t panic or react.
