This interest rate and the way REIT sells their asset makes it difficult to purchase because you don't know what happens next in term of dividend yield. protecting capital is way more important for me then losing opportunity so i exit sometime earlier and at the same token i enter later due to this type of uncertainty which results into lower yield so hard to balance !
For this financial year & last 3 year against all ordinary, this is how total return compares (my portfolio - main) vs XAO. Based on navexa which i use to track. how you guys compare?
