Update on the 3rd of April.
REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Further to the original request for voluntary suspension on 13 March 2018 and the update to the market dated 21 March 2018 regarding an issue of shares on 1 December 2017 (Red Field Shares) that is in breach of section 707(3) of the Corporations Act, Clancy Exploration Limited (Company) requests an extension of the voluntary suspension in the trading of its securities.
The Company has applied to the Federal Court of Australia for orders providing for the retrospective curing of the offers for sale, or sale, by the subscribers of the Red Field Shares and parties who took transfers of any of the Red Field Shares. The Company requests that its securities remain in voluntary suspension until 16 April 2018, unless otherwise advised.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the extension of voluntary suspension should not be granted
