That's correct. HNR maintain all the rights to the other commodities.
KatGap is 100% CLZ though.
A lot of companies have been trying to replicate the success that KDR had with finding Earl Grey within the area. However I don't think anyone will be able to replicate that success. All the ground likely to hold a continuation of earl Grey is held by WES and Covalent Lithium. Many companies are exploring for lithium within the Forrestania region, however i don't think many will have much economic success.
CLZ may stumble upon some thin pegmatites near KatGap, as it is near a granite Pluton and possible source of pegmatites. However, I doubt they will be fractionated enough to carry economic quantities of lithium. Always happy to be proven wrong though.
