Let me decipher this into 1 of many possible scenarios using past knowledge and CLZ lingo.

I suspect it has been discovered that Kat Gap has been found to be rich with lithium and not so much with Gold.
I suspect Tribitrage Holdings ( very, very new company) will be owed by a family member or good friend without a traceable connection to any of the board members.
I suspect that 300K will not actually swap hands.
I suspect Tribitrage Holdings, not ASX listed, will not have to explain to anyone there expenditures and are supposedly paying 80% of costs.
I suspect CLZ, only paying 20% of costs will send a few rocks off for testing here and there to maintain the illusion.
I suspect that If they find lithium and eventually mine it, well over 80% of lithium found will go to Tribitrage Holdings.

But thats Just what I suspect, no reason for you guys to think the same.
