my friend i think you can answer your own question by understanding that every asx listed company is subject to 3rd party independent audit , one aspect of this is to have material purchaes independently valued. the audit peroid for this purchase has been finalised and announced.
who cares how or what Gold Plant Equipment pty ltd aquired the gekko plant equipment.
CLZ has it now and is at the project site ready to be "re-assembled" as they announce.
