They have completed multiple deals in the past 6 months.
The "M-payments" market has basically knocked on Doms door and he has been smart enough to put out the welcome mat.
@pembo111, correct half the earnout has been paid. From cashflow! Impressive considering the hurdles overcome and achievements in the last 9 months.
