I just received an email from Dom,
I asked about financing update,
He said "can't go into details"
but
"we have plenty of irons in the fire and are currently reviewing term sheets"
"As a major shareholder I am very conscious of dilution and getting the correct gearing right for cm8 going forward"
I would assume an announcement will be very close as they work through all their options
We just have to wait it out!!...........
