Let's IGNORE S.P. to do "comparisons". This is a listed, traded stock which the S.P., by definition, depends on what "the market" thinks it is worth. IMO, "the market" is speaking very clearly what some of us have been saying for months and not entering into the "debate".
The current M.C. is "close" to what CM8 paid for Track (the "company maker- in fact, THE company).
So, "the market" has virtually acknowledged the "value" of CM8 post Track, BUT, it is also telling us very clearly that that is the only value that it is prepared to put on CM8 at this time and is waiting UNTIL CM8 ADDS VALUE to that acquisition by PROVING that it has maintained/increased the PAST performance of Track, pre-purchase by CM8 and has proven sustainable performance indicators going forward.
It is not complicated and all of those that have "faith" in the CM8/Track story, should be basing their "beliefs" on those numbers that CM8 is able to produce and so far as "the market" is concerned, the S.P., that will not be until AT LEAST having completed one full year as the owner of Track.
