    More delays. Timeline pushed back again for several things. Testing is finishing in 1 weeks' time on the timetable however it goes on to say testing is continuing with more feedstock coming in..... Then permitting studies simply disappeared from the timetable.

    They have just been repeating the same things for a long time.
