I hope for MEI's sake you are wrong ~ China only has one objective ~ to starve the West of Rare Earths. They have no real interest in developing deposits outside of China and its vassal States.
They took a 10% stake in GGG and killed it thru Political manipulation, Since they took a 10% stake in Peak, the SP has been decimated, and they are now offering just 35c in the Dollar for the remainder.
