Perhaps a simpler way to look at this.
Following these 2 acquisitions, EPS 24 of Vysarn has increased by 31 % (from 1.89 c to 2.48 c).
During the same period, Vysarn share price has increased by 29.5 %.
So, its share price has almost fully discounted the EPS accretion impact of these 2 acquisitions.
Of course, the next question is to wonder if Vysarn deserves now a higher PE after these 2 acquisitions.
