Vysarn seems to have paid a really low price for CMP.
If we include all the shares which will be issued (at 0.40 $) and the cash paid upfront, Vysarn paid 40 m$ or 9.5 x NPAT.
It looks like a low price for a company with such a growth and probably a high level of free cash flow (I estimate the free cash flow yield of around 10 % based on the acquisition price).
