Yeah sorry i dont see positives here. this looks like them realising that they have nothing............nothing at all in the works in order for them to do a CR towards, honestly what could they say the money is for if not for the results of this testing phase and the next step? please correct me if im wrong here., the MM deal has failed, cash has run out and this could give them a reason.
