I am not worried. It’s actually an advantage for investors that want to be exposed to ND discovery at a discounted Cnb share price. Eventually at crunch time Cnb will have to pay a fare market price. One good example is Adn and mep merger Mep was always trading at a discount until takeover day now they are one big happy family! Who knows maybe Cnb/ Dcx marriage one day❤️That 17.5 % is getting more and more expensive as time goes by.
